1a Return & Exchange Policy

Cancel: Depending on status of the order, cancellation may incur packaging fees and restocking fees. FantasyLover may have to charge fees if the order has already been packaged. And FantasyLover is unable to cancel any orders once they ship.

Return & Exchange: For personal hygiene reasons, open-box items can NOT be returned or exchanged. Items never opened can be returned to exchange for store credits, return shipping cost on the buyer.

We currently accept PayPal and Credit Card payments.

1c Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes, all packages are sent in discreet packaging with no indications to the contents of the package.

1d Where do you ship to?

We ship products to most of the countries in the world. Certain countries including but not limited to Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, Mexico, South Africa, Switzerland may incur higher shipping costs.

1e Where do you ship from?

FantaysLover have multiple sales channels and warehouses. Most of our Amazon.com order ship directly from US Amazon inventory. Most of fantasylover.com orders ship from China. Some orders could ship from our US warehouse.

The shipping time vary with the shipping methods and the destinations. Express shipping options are available at checkout. See the chart below for more details.

1h What currency is displayed?

All prices are displayed in US Dollar.

1i How to apply a Gift Card?

You shall have received an email with the gift card number and a “Redeem” button. Two ways to use a gift card. Click HERE for screenshot instructions. Click HERE to check balance on a Gift Card.

  1. Click on the “Redeem” button, it will take you to www.fantasylover.com and show that the gift card has been applied. Now, add products to your shopping cart. Then go to check out page, our system will automatically apply the gift card to your balance due.
  2. Copy the gift card number. Then go to www.fantasylover.com check out page, paste the gift card number in the “Gift Card Number” blank and click “Apply Gift Card”.
  3. DO NOT apply a gift card as a coupon.
1j How will the order show up on my credit card statement?

It will show up as “FL” on your credit card statement.
